I had such a great experience with Flying Eagle Skate! I ordered a pair of skates that were originally expected to take about a month to arrive, and although I was completely willing to wait, I was very fortunate that another customer in the U.S. had accidentally ordered the wrong skates, and they happened to be the exact pair I had ordered! The customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to get my skates to me in just one week, which I was so grateful for. But honestly, what impressed me most wasn’t just how quickly I received my skates it was how attentive they were and how much they genuinely wanted to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels this personal and caring. I’m extremely satisfied with my experience and would absolutely recommend Flying Eagle Skate to anyone looking for skates and a company that truly cares about its customers! 🛼❤️

Great customer service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size, and they were able to retrieve the package and send me the correct size I needed. The x3 Shrike skates feel solid and comfortable!

The customer service was very responsive and quick. The skates I had originally ordered were out of stock and they offered another option. I did not take the offer and requested to cancel. They were very quick to process the cancellation and refund.
