Flying Falcon Therapies offers a wide variety of physical wellness services such as massage, corrective exercise, yoga and reflexology. We are located inside of Peaceful Warriors Wellness Center in central St Petersburg. We also offer mobile services. In addition to our physical wellness services, Flying Falcon Therapies offers events that bring together the community. Some examples of past events were; vegan sushi cooking classes, Tie-Dye clothes creation, foam rolling course and afternoon tea. Check out our recent offerings on our website.

I’ve been getting massages from Steven for ~6 months now, and look forward to every appointment! Between CrossFit, running and typical daily life stress, I can walk in needing any combination of things, and Steven always accommodates. I also love that he strikes a balance of massage therapy in a spa-like setting so you get the best of both worlds. Highly recommend Flying Falcon!

The yoga classes with Anna are both relaxing and empowering, which I love! I am fairly new to yoga and she has done a great job helping me understand the basics. Now I can even touch my toes! I would recommend her classes to anyone looking for a fun and inviting environment for yoga!

As a fitness enthusiast, having optimal mobility and range of motion is very important to me for feeling good and moving well in and out of the gym. When I was dealing with neck and back pain/soreness, Steve was there to help me resolve the issue and get me back to feeling good very quickly. Steve's thorough approach to bodywork and professional experience significantly improved my body's recovery time. I have been seeing Steven once or twice a month for massages for close to 2 years now. He does an amazing job at working out any issue or concern I might have. I love when we incorporate stretching or breath work I to our session! He has a gift for what he does & I highly recommend him.

Steven is excellent at his profession. I had my first appointment in July of this year. He has addressed several issues that I was having and helped to get me feeling better. His skills are great. Steven is by far one of the best massage therapists I’ve had. The first time I went in, I was in bad pain with an awful headache and a tight neck. Steven worked wonders and I walked out feeling like a new person. Since then I have gone 1-2 times a month and the therapeutic massages are excellent. Steven really takes care to give you a quality experience and has amazing healing hands. I highly recommend!!!
