The flight is awesome!! The staff is nice! However, they charged 75$ per person because you don’t arrived 1:15 minutes before you flight start!!! I spent 300$ dollars extra because I arrived 3:20 but my flight was 4:00 P.M. it’s ridiculous!! They know how awful is the traffic in NYC.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Due to the nature of aviation operations, we maintain strict check-in and arrival requirements to ensure flights can depart safely and on schedule. Our required arrival time and applicable late fees are communicated prior to the flight and are applied consistently to all guests. We understand that NYC-area traffic can be unpredictable, which is why we strongly encourage guests to allow additional travel time when arriving for their experience. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the flight and appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.
