Had an issue moving my flight but when I explained I wasn’t happy they went over and above and gave me the experience I had dreamed of. Highly recommend just be aware weather can change dramatically!

I contacted them through Instagram DM and I paid extra fees for the shoe selfie seats for both my husband and I but they have a seat which has a window and that was allocated to my husband and only I got the shoe selfie seats. On the other side of the helicopter. There are no windows and it is completely opened. Those people had not even paid extra for the shoe selfie seats and they were lucky to get it but they were so scared they barely put their legs out. We on other hand were excited, paid more and got window seat. If you get the middle seats then it’s even worse. I Do not recommend this at all. Please book a doors on flight for lesser price and better experiences.

Complete scam. Booked for my daughter’s trip as a surprise. What a shambles. Hopefully other tourists read this review before booking. All they want to do is take more money from you. Just ruining peoples special days. Be aware
