Dan thank you so much for the review. We certainly understand how this industry is full of delays. Everything being communicated efficiently, and being ready to go as soon as you arrive is the service you are looking for! Conner will continue this standard, and even exceed your expectations on the next trip.

This was my first charter in several years and found it overall a good experience. The representative I worked with was helpful and always ready to assist. The jet was a solid piece of equipment piloted by a highly qualified individual with over 40 years experience with United Airlines. The second leg of the trip he maneuvered the flight pattern skillfully around an east coast storm. The only shortcoming of the trip was the air conditioning could not be controlled very well-----mostly too cold and when adjusted seemed to jump to heating the plane.

Hi Ray we appreciate your honest feedback very much. We completely understand how the temperature being so irregular can cause you to be uncomfortable on the ride. Matt has made a note on your account to make sure your next trip with us is a 5 star above and beyond experience!

Seth provided outstanding customer service going well “above and beyond” for our family. As a military family we have traveled the world, but have never received the exceptional, seamless and comprehensive customer service provided by Seth. His proactive communication and flawless coordination anticipated and addressed every critical service we needed to immediately fly back to the east coast due to an injury while vacationing in CA. Seth coordinated the “highest quality” departure/arrival ground transportation and in flight service. The former military pilots were amazing! Seth gets our very “highest” ever recommendation. During a stressful situation Seth’s knowledge and sincere concern and support provided reassurance and calm for our family! Thank you!!

Wow, this was such a kind review! Seth really has a heart of gold and we are so happy to hear that came through on your end! Of course we are sorry to hear about the stressful injury, but we are honored you chose us to help with that situation. Seth is ready any time you are ready to book a more relaxing vacation!

Michael we are so happy to hear you had such a seamless experience with an international trip! Now you'll have to test out a domestic trip and see how easy that is, Conner is ready when you are 😁
