Hi Ray, I know you were working with Nick and he authorized the refund for the price match as you requested. I issued that for you myself last week. Enjoy the product! Thank you for working with us. Joyce P.

Shady shady shady
Ordered a Sony A7 IV, sales department confirmed it was in the shipping department and leaving out. Waited a few days (they charged my card) and never got a tracking number. Contacted sales and they told me it was out of stock and my order never went to shipping and I didn't get one...after confirming it was in shipping and leaving that day and charging my card. Shady as hell. Buyer beware.

Hello Ryan, I am sorry that your order was not shipped and the inventory was incorrect. We simply oversold as we are receiving limited quantities from the manufactures due to Covid still. I know that we are receiving more and they should be here in the middle of May. If you would like I can contact you when the item arrives so that we can complete your order and ensure you receive the item. If you would like for me to help you with this please feel free to email me at jperezfocuscamera.com. I hope to hear from you. Thank you, Joyce P.

Genuine OE Battery Delivered Promptly
I received the genuine article (many sites were selling knockoffs) and it arrived promptly. And, the price was substantially lower than others for the same item.. We're very happy with the purchase!!
