Purchasing process was smooth, but unfortunately I was sent a defective projector. Not necessarily the fault of Focused Technology, but was disappointing. I was happy with how the problem was resolved quickly and communication was coordinated with the manufacturer. Thank you

The team here at Focused Technology is very good at what they do. Very helpful, quick to answer the phone and emails, and good at problem solving. It would have been 5 starts but one of the shipments I needed by a deadline arrived a day late. Not the end of the world but did cost me some cash to fly with big equipment as it missed getting on the truck. Overall, very happy with them and will do business with again.

First, I have to admit I knew very little about what I was purchasing. My experience improved dramatically once I was contacted by a knowledgeable employee on the phone. I have a couple suggestions for you... 1. Instead of advertising your item as "Countryman I2 Instrument Flute Kit" try Countryman Isomax 2 Instrument Flute Kit. I mistook I2 for twelve and thought it was different than Isomax 2's advertised on other sites. 2. Since you are advertising and selling a kit, how about a photo of the entire kit, with descriptions of each item in the kit? My order was delivered on the day you said I would get it and I am very pleased with the performance of the microphone!
