I formed the order Ultra-Portable, lightweight screen via the Internet, then the manager called back and we have already agreed on all the nuances, and what I liked most was that they offered to deliver all the ordered goods directly to my address! This is a cool, high-end service.

My only complaint was that my item was on back order and this was not reflected when I ordered it. Not sure why express shipping is offered for an item that wasn't due to be back in stock for three months. When my shipping details were not updated I called and that is when I was told the item was on back order. This should have been noted at the time of purchase but instead the item was listed as available. That is why four stars instead of five. However, the company was very courteous and professional and when the item did arrive I was very pleased with it.

Like the adjust ability of the unit. It can be a bit shaky when in the standing mode. Installation fairly straight forwardf.

We received the projector we ordered and are quite satisfied with it, so far. Your website was one of only a few that actually listed this new product and gave full information on it. We also got a small discount on the price that other dealers did not offer. Our only quibble was the long shipping time from California to our location in Massachusetts!
