They really know their products! Pricing for us was best on the Web, big retail outlets included. Our order was processed immediately and we received the shipment within a few days! We highly recommend using FT and will buy from them again.

They took personal interest in my shipment of monitors, including daily updates and efforts to get me first in line for when the next shipment reached the warehouse.

I wasn't familiar with Focused Technology but their prices is what led me to their site. They even had a phone number to talk to a sales associate to confirm that the product was in stock even though the website said it was. Shipping was free and fast. Received the product in two or three days. A+++
