I heard about Food Fire + Knives from a friend and booked them for my husband’s birthday. The process was easy and made my planning simple from the start. I chose a local chef, Chris, and the whole night felt relaxed and enjoyable. The menu was delicious, crab toast and warm crab dip to start, a Caesar salad with homemade croutons, a New York strip cooked to perfection on our grill, and beignets to finish. Everything was so tasty and well timed. What really made the night extra special was getting to interact with Chris — chatting, sharing stories, and picking up a few cooking tips along the way. It felt less like a formal service and more like having a talented chef friend in the kitchen. I handled the drinks and actually got to enjoy the evening. My husband said it was one of his favorite birthdays! Thank you, Chris and Food Fire + Knives for making it such a memorable and fun time! I would definitely use your service again!
