Chef Simmy and her assistant were INCREDIBLE! They prepared an amazing dinner for my friend’s bachelorette party and made the night so special. The ahi tuna was out of this world and I wish I could eat it every night!

Chef Simmy made an absolutely delicious Caribbean dinner for a birthday girl’s weekend. Everything was seasoned to perfection. I can’t handle very spicy food and it had just the right amount of spice for someone who prefers mild. I’m sure she can adjust the spice level as needed. Chef Simmy was also kind enough to take some group photos for us the capture the moment. If you want a stress-free dinner party at home, with fantastic food, hire Chef Simmy!

Jonathan is an incredible chef. Do not miss the chance to work him and his team. The only part I didn't like about the meal was that it ended. The branzino was life changing and the churros were the best I've ever had. Thank you!
