Easy hiring in the US

Minimizing the HR burden
We are a small Anglo-American management consulting business, and Foothold America supports us with HR strategy and administration for our US-based team. This includes help with recruitment and onboarding of new team members, maintaining a competitive set of benefits for our employees, creating HR policies and procedures, and managing employee contracts.
