When I made a mistake in delivery, Anthony emailed me to double-check whether I wanted to pick it up or have it delivered to my bank. Love that. I wanted to buy a collection of various currencies from different continents, but only after placing my order did I get to hear via phone that I need to be a US citizen and that I might not get all the currencies I ordered. Talk about bad service.
