I just started - so low dose I understand. Love the recipes and most of the the social media group. Since I’ve started I’m down 10. But now at plato mode.

Hers has been super unhelpful and their customer service is terrible! I ordered a galleri test and went and got the bloodwork drawn and didn't hear back for weeks. Finally I called and apparently my bloodwork was lost. I didn't have time for several months to go back and get another panel drawn and when I wanted to go back and get the galleri test done, they wanted me to re-pay for the subscription (even though it was in the year and they are the ones who messed up!) $349 and then also pay for the test again. I would absolutely not use them again. My husband and I are in medicine and we both found this platform to not be patient centered and very difficult to get anyone to answer questions or discuss the options etc.

It has been over a year now (I think) but I am noticing my hair growth. And so does my hair stylist and other people! If I gather it into a ponytail it feels thicker. My hair is healthier and I notice a lot less shedding, especially in the shower when I wash it. I am mid 50s and on Hormone Replacement Therapy, which does affect your hair. It's been a long road but it's worth it. I have recommended several friends to you!

Doing okay. Not really losing any weight, but staying steady. I know it takes time to build.

I am going out of country for a month and wanted either an earlier refill or another option. After getting the same copy/pasted or AI generated response I was told that they could only hold my auto refill for 15 days and I would have to request another hold after that, which is not possible when I'm travelling and will not have good internet service. I was so frustrated with the lack of understanding my request that I've decided to cancel my subscription.

You were out if my medication and I had to wait over a month to get that resolved , which I was happy with the fact you refunded my my money and sent out a different product. I just suggest that that could have happened way earlier when you knew you were out of the original medication . I lost a lot of progress as I started shedding before the new medication showed up. Its not so bad I am going to discontinue the medication just yet.
