Getting refills and sending messages to get my refill are frustrating . It should be easier you know the refill dates

I was not aware that my prescription would go up to $350 + the $150 membership fee. I was ok paying the $350 fee for both. I may have to end my prescription after this month.

They seem to answer emails soon when I have a question

I had issues with a delivery that I pushed back a week. Then it was never sent out for delivery, I had to reach out and inquire. Then I was told that there was a fluke in the system. So then it was eventually sent out, but it was the wrong med that was ordered! When I inquired again, I was told there was a fluke in the system again. When I received the med finally, the order was inconsistent with my previous order. And to top it off, the med was not delivered appropriately. It was not cold, it was delivered on ice but on top and outside of the ice so the med was room temp. And I live in an area that is 100 degrees. I kept getting inconsistent messages from the “team” because each person was new who responded and didn’t look back at previous communication exchanges.

Enrolled with first month membership of $39. Understood the medicine would be more. I canceled my subscription the same day I enrolled because I found out the increased dosages cost more and are outside of my budget. They took my $39 and denied me a refund. I did not speak with a provider. I filled out questions online, and received an email. The email I received told me I needed to cancel within 48 hours. I canceled the same day I enrolled. Any interest I had in the company is gone. If this is the standard for customer service then I am thankful I won't be giving more money to them. Edit: 10/06/2026 I submitted information and was again told I'm not eligible for a refund. I was cited a 3rd policy. The first time I was told cancelation within 48 hours. Then 5 hours. Now I have been informed the policy is that memberships are non-refundable because a provider reviewed my records. I have reached out to the company again and requested direct contact from a supervisor and the provider to confirm an actual provider with an NPI number reviewed my information and not an automated system.

I honestly can't say anything positive about my experience with Hers - other than the staff have been very resonsive to all the issues that they have created. They have overcharged me, refilled prescriptions incorrectly, processed additional charges that I wasn't aware of... it's been truly terrible and I am canceling my account with them as soon as possible.
