Waste of money. The oral medications had intolerable side effects for me. I was as told they would switch my plan but I never heard back. No refunds.

Save yourself, the headache and the money. Website has no phone number and you can only get an automated response. You pay upfront and who the heck knows when or if you’re going to get your medication. Also, they take payment at time of purchase and there is no reimbursement if you have not received the medication. I also find it disturbing that this company distributes medication but as far as I can tell, the doctor consult is a computer generated AI response system. Do not do it!

The pill keeps crumbling when I break it. Can I take a whole pill each day? I would prefer to to on a higher dose anyway.

Not a quick response to an issue I was having with medication. Someone responded within 3 days.I did have to ask for a discount on the new medication prescribed and was given 75% discount. The discount was not offered by HER, I had to ask. Think I will try another company for these prescriptions in the future.

The Hers communication team is outstanding!! When I obtained my initial kit and started the program I noticed a rash the second day. I notified the company, and a doctor responded within an hour. A new prescription was written and a new kit arrived in a couple of days. Communication continued throughout the week to make sure I was tolerating the prescription. Honestly, the Her's doctor response team far better than my primary doctor's team! Unfortunately, because I didn't tolerate the initial medication and had to go to an alternative, I have not lost weight as fast as I had hoped for. On the up side, I am losing weight.

I need a letter of medical necessity. I asked more than 5 weeks ago and you are “still working on it”. How can I get this paid for with that kind of delay. Useless. For the amount I now owe it is worthless.
