Patience!
Even though I really am not seeing any results, HERS gave me the info to tell me what to look for & when! If I did not have that info, I might not have continued with the program? Since I know it will take some time to see results, I am comfortable continuing with the plan.

Take to long to get medication.
You need to change the address from pharmacy to home so it goes to the right address. Waiting to long to get an order and you are still charging my credit card. First order said it was delivered but never received. Got tired of waiting so I cancelled.

No weight loss at all..Meds cause nightly acid reflux. Protein met, water met, Injury has caused limited exercise.

I like the check-ins I get and the…
I like the check-ins I get and the medication I get works well. But what I don't like is the fact that they don't take my insurance so it's way more expensive than it should be. But I guess the price of convenience is over $300 for 3 months worth of pills.

I love the convenience of being able to…
I love the convenience of being able to get whatever I need, however the communication lacks terribly. I haven't seen any results with semiglutide and I am doing everything I'm supposed to. They were also supposed to increase my retinol cream and it took six months, until I renew, to finally increase the dose. When I communicate about these concerns they tell me they increase the dose but then when I get it in the mail it's the same. When I communicate my concerns about the semi-glutide I just get a response that jess it can take up to 7 to 8 months to work.

They double charged my card for an…
They double charged my card for an unauthorized $240 on December 14th and then refused to cooperate with my bank to have the charges removed, instead they just insisted that the charges would “fall off eventually”. Be very wary and use a refillable debit card IF you decide to use this service. Absolutely destroyed my Christmas and has cost me almost $400 in additional fees due to these erroneous pending charges.
