The order was not correct and I sent an email for my order to be corrected and I never heard back from the company. One student of mine did not receive his pencils and the company made the error.

ordering was frustrating since I had to call multiple times.

Love the products, did not appreciate the wait for shipping. Had it been an issue that I ordered late that would have been on me; however, I ordered my items nine days earlier than I did in 2024 and half of my order still arrived too late for me to give my students before our Christmas break.

Hi Angela, thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're so sorry to hear that the turnaround time fell short of what was expected and communicated. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when trying to order in time to give to your students their gift before the holiday break. If you haven't already, we encourage you to contact us directly at (800) 642-8885 or [email protected] so we can look into this in more detail and make it right. Thank you!

For the past 14 years I have gotten the three pack pencils for my daughter’s kindergarten class they love them! So cute and they see their names on them.

We ordered personalized pencils for our students as a stocking stuffer. The pencils came quickly. I made a mistake on one name and called to ask about ordering another. Customer service was awesome, quickly got my order replaced at no charge. Our students were so excited about the pencils, especially those with unique names or spellings.

Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that our customer care team was able to quickly remedy the mistake and provide you with an extra pack at no additional cost. 🎉 From a mother of a kid with a unique name, this one hits home! Thank you for making your students know just how special they are. 😊

Shopped around and found ForTeachersOnly. Pencils came exactly as shown in the example. Five stars! Recommendation: I would have loved to move my custom text from the center of the pencil to right justified, closer to the eraser, so that the text is visible longer as the pencil is used.
