The texture clay barely did anything for me — I didn’t notice much of a difference at all. I’m not saying it’s a bad product overall or that it lacks other benefits, but for thinning hair, which is how it’s marketed, it just didn’t hold up.

The sea salt works so good as I scrunch my hair I see the texture coming out the scent is amazing it smells good people have smelled me and thought I was wearing cologne but it is the perfect amount of cologne it’s not to strong it’s not to vague and the clay it helps locks everything into place and I can still run my fingers through without getting it stuck,But I spray a bit of sea salt on my hand to be able to get the clay it might be because it was left in my moms car for so long but it is still amazing

Instead of leaving me wondering, they gave me several options: swap it for another product, keep my order active until it was back in stock, or cancel for a full refund. They even included a one-time discount code as an apology for the inconvenience. I decided to wait, and they assured me my order would be prioritized once the product was back in stock. They absolutely kept their word. I didn't have to follow up or ask for updates—they emailed me as soon as my order was ready, provided my tracking information, and even included a complimentary product with my shipment. That level of communication and customer care is hard to find these days, and it really made a great impression. As for the Molding Paste itself, it's hands down the best hair product I've used. I've tried several other brands, but nothing compares. It gives my hair the exact look I'm going for, holds it in place all day without any issues, and performs consistently every time. It's become my go-to styling product, and I don't see myself switching anytime soon. Although my original package was unfortunately never delivered, I had a wonderful experience with Forte Series' customer service team. As soon as I reached out, they responded promptly, were incredibly helpful, and immediately took care of the issue by sending me a replacement. I really appreciated how professional, honest, and supportive they were throughout the process. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their products. I haven't had the chance to try the product yet since I'm waiting for the replacement to arrive, but based on my experience with their customer service alone, I would absolutely order from Forte Series again.
