Love this site so far. Haven't been able to redeem yet but I've read its instant as in within seconds to minutes. They dont have a huge selection of games, which is fine, but the slots they do have are some of my favorite.

Won a significant amount and went to redeem and got a message saying my ability to redeem is suspended and under investigation to contact support. I contacted support they said I flagged their aml system. How I flagged it idk. I proved my identity and have not done anything against their terms. Support keeps saying they will escalate my case to the appropriate team. If I receive my winnings I will give 5 stars but for now this is where I'm at.

Hi, We understand how concerning it can be to have your redemption ability suspended, especially after completing identity verification and reaching out to our support team for clarification. An AML review does not necessarily mean that a player has violated our Terms. Certain account or transaction activity may trigger an additional review, and these cases may require further checks by the appropriate team before redemption access can be restored or a final decision can be made. Since you’ve already completed the requested verification and contacted support, we understand that repeatedly being told the case has been escalated can be frustrating. Your case will need to be reviewed by the relevant team, and we appreciate your patience while that process is completed. For privacy and security reasons, we’re unable to discuss the specific details of an AML review publicly, but we do take concerns regarding redemption access seriously and hope the matter can be resolved with clear communication as soon as possible.

Complete scammers! After 2-3 redemptions, they will suddenly restrict your account from making any further redemptions (essentially stealing any current balance you have). Run as far away from this site as you possibly can and don't look back!

Hi, We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand why a restriction on redemptions would be concerning. Account or redemption restrictions can sometimes require additional review, and the circumstances may vary from account to account. For privacy and security reasons, we’re unable to discuss specific account details publicly or determine the reason for a restriction based solely on a review. We would, however, like to have your case properly investigated, including the status of your account, any redemption restrictions, and the balance associated with it. Please contact our official support team with your registered account information so the appropriate team can review the situation and provide you with a clear explanation of what happened and what steps, if any, are required. We take concerns regarding redemptions seriously and appreciate the opportunity to look into this further.

I enjoy playing on Fortune Purple. The platform runs smooth, w a decent selection of games, support is quick & as helpful as they're able to b. I've also noticed, they r fairly generous w random sc gifts, along w daily gifts. Looking forward to my 1st redemption, minimum is fifty, which is reasonable to accomplish... Just my opinion...
