After trying to refinance our properties with no success we found Forum Nadlan and turned to Lior Lustig. Lior pationtly explained everything, and at last, I felt I have someone to hold my hand during the proccess - exactly what I needed. Forum Nadlan opened a whatsapp group with the supporting team, they answered all my questions and helped me with everything. At the finish line a problem arose and the team fought for me and stood on my side untill it was solved. I recommand Forum Nadlan warmly.

Every investor going through a refi, process knows how agonizing the procedure can be. NADLAN CAPITAL GROUP has allocated a team assembled by 10 agents ALL to make this a smooth sail to money island. The team was super professional and attentive to every concern i had. No question left unanswered. The owner of the company himself has followed up with me and made sure every step was completed to my full satisfaction. I highly recommend working with them. A++ from start to finish

I recently obtained a loan with the help of Nadlan Capital Group; I am so happy and thankful for them. The team was very cooperative regarding any questions, responding quickly with a comprehensive solution. I am very satisfied and would love to use their services in the future.

My experience with Lior and his (big) team was great! It was my first refinance, therefore I had some questions during the process which were all answered quickly and with a lot of patience. The rates I’ve got were way better than what I expected (as a foreign national with no credit score). Thank you, I’m sure we’ll do some more work together.

Very responsive and quick process, made refi cash out . Highly recommend.

We are real estate investors who live in Israel. For the purpose of purchasing an investment property in the USA, we needed financing from an American Lender. This is our first time taking a loan abroad, so we used the services of Nadlan Financing. Lior Lustig led and accompanied us through the entire process from submitting the application to closing the purchase of the property. Throughout the process, Lior demonstrated great knowledge and experience, acted in excellent communication with us and quick responses and took care of our interests. For us non-residents who are not familiar with the process and the various factors, the support of Lior and the team of Nadlan Financing was extremely essential, and I do not see how we would have been able to get the loan within the required time frame without the support of Lior and the team of Nadlan Financing. Lior and his team could get us a lower rate than the ones US Citizens get - while Americans got rates in the 7's, us as foreigners got rates in the 6's! Many thanks and appreciation to Lior and the team. Ben Ami Hasmonean
