I have purchased many of your products over the years and they work great and are easy to setup and secure.

Would be nice to be able to call or chat instead of waiting for an email response. Figured out what we needed to do on our own.

I dislike that the web interface directly to the camera has been removed and moved over to an app. It makes me seriously reconsider replacing any of my 14 existing Foscam cameras with a replacement from Foscam.

Bought 2 cameras, and only one arrived, needed to email customer service to get second. When you buy 2 in one, you need to get 2 at same time, if I would not email Im sure I would not get the second camera as should.
