Hi, I purchased the P3 preamp and ZA3 power amp, but when I plugged everything in there was no sound coming out of the speakers. I contacted Fosi via their chat and they immediately took an interest in my problem. Following their verification advice, before returning the product, I identified the cause. Now the system sounds great. The music is rich in nuances and without any distortion. Excellent Hifi at a reasonable price. Highly recommended manufacturer/seller.

Their product didn't work as intended, to recieve a refund I had to open a case with Paypal as Fosiaudio kept on stringing me along, day after day for nearly two weeks witholding their return address. At the end their conduct wasn't inspiring any trust in them at all and I would never shop there again. Do not buy with confidence.

Fosiaudio sold me a headphone amplifier that did not do what they said it would do and will not refund my money. After I received the amplifier and told them it would not do the job they said it would do they told me I needed an ADDITIONAL product that they sold in order for the amplifier to work. So far, they just tell me one story after another.

So glad I bought this amp! Hooked it up via Bluetooth to a pair B & W 601 speakers (circa 1998!) which had been languishing unused for the last seven years! The sound quality via the Fosi amp is great! I also have Sonos One paired up, and they do not compare to the sound I am getting out of the amp and old speakers. I purchased directly from their website and not via Amazon. This was much cheaper and customer service was excellent, with any queries answered promptly. The order was delivered to me within 9 days! If you have a good pair of passive speakers and want to use them again, go for Fosi!
