Cleverly advertised, not worth it.
The adverts certainly draw you in by promising incredible deals. The reality is that the benefits offered that are advertised and actually worth it are locked behind an 'elite' tier membership that costs significantly extra. Every time I searched for a benefit that was of use to me, it was locked behind this additional tier. It's just not as good as advertised. I have cancelled my trial membership within a week of having it. Additionally, as other reviews have stated, it's very USA centric and you can get the same benefits for less with alternative members clubs/credit cards.

Dreadful
Dreadful. At least 3 of the offers i tried to redeem weren’t real. The customer service team do not take action to resolve and they make it very hard to disable your renewal.

The benefits you had issues with were in fact real, there was just something that needed to be fixed by our partner, which can happen from time to time. ROI is Great
Applying the discounts is easy. Earning points for using benefits and leaving reviews is great. Overall the ROI is great.

Great card if the benefits match your lifestyle
Lots of great benefits that aren’t really seen on credit cards or elsewhere. If you travel or shop at the partner store often it easily pays for itself.

Scammers
Signed up for basic membership several years ago, never received anything on how to activate any of the so called benefits, and I asked several times. Today they tried to debit a card I have only had a few months, details obviously fraudently secured - no communication, just an attempt to steal $395USD which card fraud protection picked up

Hi Andrew, we're very sorry to see this feedback. You activated a 12-month complimentary trial in April 2023, and that's where you provided your credit card details along with authorization to charge your card at the end of the trial period. You had the ability to cancel online (or by phone/email) anytime during the trial period. We emailed you on average about five times per month during your trial with Membership benefits and information, but did not receive any communication from you that you wanted to cancel or did not want to be charged. Then, it appears you opted out of emails in October 2023, so we couldn't email you beyond that point. Once you contacted us yesterday and asked to cancel your account, we immediately canceled it for you. I hope this clears up any confusion. You can contact us 24/7 if you have any further questions.

Definitely Worth It--Attention to detail is terrific!!
I've been a Founders Card Elite member for two weeks. Through the purchase of computers for my company as well as just one round-trip flight, it has paid for itself. Above all, the customer service/concierge service is absolutely exceptional. While I have status on Delta, I ran into an issue and called in to the concierge service; Sheena was exceptionally cordial and addressed the issue in a very efficient fashion. If you are a "founder"/entrepreneur/executive on the go all the time, this seems to be something that will make life a bit easier!

Founders card offers luxury perks
Founders card offers a very unique set of very high quality perks from all ranges of travel, shopping, and services. I really enjoy have this option in my back pocket when looking for new things or making travel plans.
