Stayed one night at the Kenya Nairobi Airport branch before flying back to the UK the next day. It was disappointing that I couldn't extend my check out time as my flight was an evening one, but apart from that the service was great, very friendly and helpful staff everywhere in the hotel. The hotel is light bright and refreshing, with a handy business lounge that was a great quiet space for catching up on some work/reading - thanks to the reception staff for recommending I use this on the first floor. The breakfasts was great, and the fth floor African restaurant is a great vibe and really beautifully presented dishes. The gift shop has some lovely unique items and the rooms were more than comfortable, lovely bed/mattress and plenty of good lighting and space. Being right next to the airport it took no time at all for the hotel concierge to drop me off at departures....about a 5 min drive.
