Worst experience with a shipping company. Staff and management not helpful. I paid deposit on load and company refused to refund deposit on load they did not haul. FR8Star was no help and refused to assist with assisting with my refund. Company posted dimensions of load from auction on equipment that I purchased out of state, sight unseen. The dimensions FR8Star posted were incorrect and FR8Star expected me to validate the dimensions on equipment that was purchased at auction. website does not clearly state this and they kept my deposit and management refused to assist in refunding a deposit for a load that was not hauled by FR8Star. poor customer service!

I went through FR8Star to get my skid steer shipped from Pennsylvania. The process was quick and easy. I ended up using Kirsch Transportation Services. John was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed with the transportation all the way to my door. You couldn't ask for more.

No communication. several different drivers had our contact information but did not have our car we purchased. waited for 2 weeks for delivery

Sam Rathe with FR8 did an exceptional job. Got me the best price and equipment quickly transported by Madek who also did exceptional job. Denys at Madek was very helpful. The transporter, Keith Kaminski got truck loaded on same day and got equipment here quickly and ahead of schedule. Great job by all.

Charge me freight for tractor that driver blew the left door off and wouldn't make it right. Charge me for a freight haul on a KHUN cutter and didn't deliver it but kept my money and I had to pay another company to haul it to me. That is not right to do anybody that. HOPE YOU FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO HANDLE YOUR LOADS FOR YOU.

I did not get delivery when I expected. This set back my hay harvesting by three days. The driver was inexperienced and did not have the proper trailer. This made both loading and unloading very difficult.
