Excellent in every way. The quality is outstanding. Rendered as it was on my computer, colors, clarity, even at the largest size. Packaged in a break proof manner, hanging instruction were also provided. I only wish custom/ larger sizes were available!

The picture we had done exceeded our expectations! We had sent the pic to a couple other companies, no one could do it. Fracture did a spectacular job with our photo! Highly, Highly recommend!

We love the product. Your beautiful photos etched in glass are a wonderful way to display family, landscape, or any photo you love.

I have reached out to support to return my print. The Crop of my image was incorrect to what I ordered and the entire image is soft. I have not heard back from them. If I can get this fixed I'll change my review. As of now, I am not happy with the product.

At a time when customer service is all but non-existent, FractureMe has amazing customer service. Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable and helpful. The product is equally amazing. It's a perfect way to make that special picture or graphic into a gift that's cooler than just a frame. Oh, did I mention that the customer service is amazing!?!?

This is my second time reaching out to Fracture to put that very very special photograph on glass. The process which I'm sure is proprietary is spectacular. The clarity is second to none. Thank you once again for making these keepsakes.

I love this company for what they offer to consumers for high quality glass printing of photography and art. I'm a photographer who LOVES glass for print media, and this is an affordable way to get glass prints, if you can deal with their limited aspect ratio/crops. Recently, I ordered a very large print of some digital art from a friend, and unfortunately, the print arrived with some defects. I was able to reach out to Fracture via their website's live chat feature, and was immediately helped by two of their amazing associates, who not only offered me a reprint at no cost, but ALSO allowed me to resend my image with some brightness adjustments, re: their Happiness Guarantee! I've ordered from them several times over the years and my ONLY complaint has been their limitations in dimensions. Hopefully they will open up their aspect ratios in the future, even for an additional fee or something. I'll continue to use them when my photos call for it, and I would definitely recommend them. Thinking about ordering from Fracture? Just make sure your picture is bright enough, as printing comes out a little darker than you would expect, and make sure your picture's pixel ratio is fairly large. The more pixels, the sharper your print, and the bigger the fracture you can order. Great job Fracture!
