One of my top favorites for decants and samples, legit fragrances, shipping times solid, decant bottles are quality, also some of the best prices in the game and inventory is good too

Received in efficient timely manor and in good condition, the fragrance smells great but doesn’t last long. It’s a bit overpriced for the performance.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with FragranceLord’s customer service. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages regarding my requests, but I rarely receive any meaningful response or follow-up. It feels like the customer service team simply ignores inquiries. On top of that, some of the samples I received had very unpleasant smells and were not what I expected at all. I understand that fragrance preferences are subjective, but the lack of communication and the poor sample experience make it difficult to recommend this company. I hope FragranceLord improves its customer service, actually responds to customer inquiries, and pays more attention to the quality and selection of the samples they send.
