I LOVED MY PICTURES. The color of the wood, the picture itself, and the service was amazing. I’ll be ordering more soon.

Shows a label was created for my purchase, however, I called UPS and they told me that no one from Frame Forest has requested a pick-up from UPS or no one has dropped it off at a UPS drop location. I’ve sent emails, no response from the company. First time customer, will be my last time ordering anything from this company. I will not recommend this company.

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience! We understand how frustrating it must be to see a label created without movement, and we want to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. Please send us a direct message with your order details so we can look into this right away and make things right. We appreciate the opportunity to help and hope to turn this around for you.

I've tried to contact the company to no avail. Their phone number is in Texas, their zip cade is in Delaware That is a red flag. I've tried to contact the company by email no reply. I'm thinking I've been scamed.
