They are rude and do not communicate well. Purchased a motor went out in 3 days. Got another one lasted a few months and that one went out. Now it's not covered by any warranty. Been calling and dealing with rude people. A gentleman in sales hung up on me 4 times. Someone calls me and forwards me to Chip asked for upper management the gentleman straight told me no, I am the only person you are going to talk to. No customer service skills what so ever. Few words were exchanged, and I hung up. Another gentleman calls back just as rude as everyone else telling me, listen to me this how it's going to go. And threatened to sue me because I told him I would be writing bad reviews about the company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY! NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!

Good luck getting ahold of customer service. I have tried for weeks and just found out that their phone system will kick you to spam phone number if you call multiple times without them answering. Press 6 for warranty and I bet you they will not answer. Had to blow up their email to finally get someone to call me. Once talking to them... Very Rude, and if you questioned her - you were the rude one and she was going to let you go. I have wasted soooo much time trying to get ahold of them and time is money and productivity. I would tell everyone, it's worth going elsewhere no matter what the cost.

A couple of years ago I was in need of an engine for my '09 Silverado . Searched all over, could not find one. My Son told me about Frasers. Gave them a call on Monday and as it turned out they had one. Made a deal with the sales person, who by the way was very help full, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Had my engine on Friday. Although it was not AFM equipped . Thus I had to pay for all the parts & labor to convert it. NO problem: again, called Fraser and with-in a week I had all that money back. A few thousand miles later all is well, running smooth as silk! What an I saying? Fraser Engines is a great company to work with and definitely lives up to their reputation and promise. This has been the worst experience buying anything. I strongly advice any buyers out there to give your time and money to a company that actually wants to help you get what you need without being completely rude. Unfortunately this was the cheapest and so I thought quickest way to get an engine in my vehicle up and running. As I was calling around I was trying to ask questions to one of the reps at Fraser and he was uneducated in what I was asking about, so I had asked to speak to someone with higher education and he stated "no one is higher than me, my daddy own's the company". I should've known what I was getting into after that call . On July 2nd, 2024 is when I put money down to buy the engine, I was told it will save the order and price that it came with. I saved receipt that day showing the price I will be purchasing the engine and that it came with a gasket kit + oil pump. At the time of the down payment I was somewhat happy that I had a plan in place to get a engine under $10k and it was in stock for my 2014 GMC sierra. At the beginning of oct of 2024 I paid the engine off and it was on the way and of course it gets lost in shipping for an extra 3 days and both Fraser nor the shipping company didn't know what was happening until I was calling on 10/17 (expecting deliver between 10/17-10/23) the engine did eventually show on 10/26. Fraser does NOT care if your order gets lost/damage during transportation, if they did care about YOUR things you've just paid for and trusting this company they would pick the best transportation company not the bottom of the barrel! Once the engine was in my garage my dad and I opened it up make sure it was ok and in one piece still, engine looked to be fine, no dents or cracks along block and the oil pump looked new. I happened to notice very quickly that the gaskets were missing so I quickly checked my E-Mail's and seen that gaskets were definitely part of my order. it being a Saturday and just clarifying the gaskets were part of my order I thought I'd just call Monday morning to see if it was something they can send me. 10/28/2024 Monday Morning I called pressed ext. 6 left a voice mail explaining gasket questions. I later in the day got a message saying to dial ext. 1 next time I call (why they couldn't call me or respond to my gasket question in the message, I'm not sure) so I had called once I had got to my dads where my truck and engine was at. OHHHHH MAN I wish I had that call recorded because it was beyond disrespectful, he was trying to make sense of why I was calling about the gaskets if I order the engine in July. I couldn't even get a word in to explain that I just got the engine a few day's ago, so I got a chance to ask him for his name and he ignored me and told me that " sometimes we have gaskets for customers and sometimes we don't have gaskets for customers" I continued with how that really didn't make sense to me because in my receipt/E-Mail it clearly stated 5.3 motor, oil pump, and gasket kit with my Invoice # and my total. This guy had the guts to tell me the buyer/ customer that "It doesn't have to make sense to the customer" and I froze looking at my dad in amazement as I was on speaker phone. I then told this guy that I have never experienced customer service like this ever and he had told me he don't work in customer service. I left that as is, I was obviously not getting a gasket kit like I had paid for. Right after that call I went to write down my continuous rudeness I've been experiencing from this company that has snobby attitudes, then in the middle of writing I got a E-Mail from Fraser of an up-dated receipt exactly the same price and everything looked normal except one thing was missing! This receipt stated it doesn't come with a gasket kit. I felt robbed especially since I had to go and buy these extra pieces, extra running around

We are a small repair shop in he Upstate NY area. We called to order an engine from Fraser. Our customer had gotten a quote # sent to them so we called up to order: "Fraser engines, what is your Year, Make and Model of the vehicle?" I identified myself and said we had gotten a quote and would like to place an order. 1st Response was "Year, Make and Model of the vehicle." No more, no less. I asked if it would be easier for him if I gave him the quote# or if the vehicle would be better. He cut me off before I finished and said "How about you let me do my job, because no one else can do it better than me- Year Make and Model PLEASE." I asked him to repeat that in a non- rude way, he said "No", I asked him If I could talk to someone else, he said "NO!" so, I hung up, I called back and he hung up on me again! Just for the lack of service I will never use them, and I'm taking the time to write this review.

At first Frazier engine seemed very friendly and very on the ball. I got an engine within 2 days that failed miserably! Then they said they would get me a replacement engine within two weeks. After that 2 weeks they said that their engine had failed before even leaving the factory. And I had to wait another two weeks which will be Monday. I'm hoping they will get my engine to me ASAP and or Monday. If they do not I will be coming back to write another review on this form

Bought a ford5.4 2v engine. 300 miles on it, so far so good. Easy ordering and fast shipping. The only complaint I have is that there really isn’t much communication with the core reimbursement.Tried to send information for reimbursement and wouldn’t send.Not much on returning phone calls.It’s been about a month and still haven’t received a call or email. Other than that, perfect.

I will not get my hard-earned money to fraser they are a racist company treat you like dirt talk to you like you're a piece of s*** there is no understanding with them they just want your money. I will not give my money to them. You can if you want they may work with you! My opinion.
