Scam
Scam. 42 days since I ordered. There is nothing coming. They keep telling me to be patient. Will be filing with my credit card company for a refund.

Free Giant has my money. I have nothing
I ordered a Halloween garage door cover. Halloween is tomorrow and it still hasn’t arrived. I have made many attempts to resolve the issue with their customer service dept with no result other than “be patient”. They have provided several different tracking numbers that are all false. I am told that refund requests won’t be considered until after the item is received. Update: my product finally arrived from David (no last name) in CA. It is impossible to return it for a refund. “Shiyel” is oh so sorry blah blah blah canned response over and over.

False advertising
The product i ordered was finally delivered. However it was nothing even remotely like what was advertised. After several attempts to resolve my issue i decided to abandon it and report the issue to PayPal to try and obtain a refund.

I ordered their product September 11
I ordered their product September 11, and never received it. Every time I try to email them it's like you are going in a circle. You can never get a straight answer! I would run the other way if you see any Ads for Free Giant.
