When setting up my account I was not able to order my credit report, although I was able to pay for setting up ID Club. I am still experiencing issues 4 days later.

I dislike I wasn’t explained key factors until my payment was made if I would have known what was explained to me before payment I would have definitely went with another company

I need some questions answered by the person that brought me in to this company. I'm not going to try to figure this out. How long do I have to cancel?

It took a few days to get the password issue straightened out which put me behind schedule for setting up my new business, Hopefully now that I’m on the path will get easier. Great resource if it works correctly
