I worked with Justin Hayflich who listened extremely well. I knew exactly what I wanted a quote on and he listened and gave me 2 options to chose from. Both were very competitive to the market (I even have a neighbor who is a mortgage broker) who said he could get close but not match it. Even if he could I would have gone with the first offer unless someone else beat it. He was very professional and walked me through the application while explaining the information. Locked the rate on Monday (a holiday which most said they could not do and would have to wait for the market to open the following morning).

Working with Brian Paul was great . He looks for the best options for us , explains everything and answers all our questions. Very positive experience.

Although there were some clitches, the overall experience was positive. Now that I am familiar with the terms, documents and timing, I feel very comfortable with working with the Officers assigned to me.
