A few months ago, I bought an Eurostar 410 bike, and it was the best purchase of my life. The bike is amazing, and the battery lasts a long time. The helpline responds quickly and is very helpful. I am very satisfied and highly recommend it. Thank you, Freesky

Had purchased the Warrior Pro M-530 and has proven to be a reliable bike for my daily commute. I am very satisfied with my purchase but even more so with the excellent customer service and support. When trouble shooting the few minor issues regarding replacement parts or inquiries, I have received a fast and prompt response with well detailed solutions. After a year of riding this bike and close to 3000 miles to date, I am very please with my purchase and glad to have decided on Freesky.

The bike is awesome, a few other people in town have tried it and loved it also, customer service is great, with the hiccup with ups and i had a round with them also being in the business for many years, called them out on it, the best move they did was go to fed ex, they communicated very well. i had a broken air pump when i got it in the package sent them a picture and had one sent right away. very happy with the bike and their customer service.
