Purchased my Rocky Pro on May 4th 2025. Best purchase I made. I did a lot of research on Ebike’s and this company Freesky have been an excellent company to purchase from and customer service has been awesome. I had a couple of minor issues and they were quick with a email reply and helped resolve the issues. If you’re looking for a Ebike I recommend Freesky. I’ve been camping all summer and taken my bike on the trails and around the campgrounds. This Ebike rocks. Thank you Valerie

This bike is amazing, it is better than I anticipated it would be. It was delivered faster than was scheduled. Rides perfect and customer service is amazing with Horlan. He goes above and beyond to help. Love this bike.

Buying: Ande was awesome to work with. We worked out a great price for my Alaska along with some awesome accessories, and the whole purchase process was easy and straightforward. Performance: I love riding this bike through the hilly Tennessee farmland. I’ve put 600 miles on it so far, focusing mostly on sunny road rides. It’s very smooth, very fast, and a lot of fun. I can pedal as much or as little as I want, and it handles beautifully on back roads and farmer roads (no trails for me). Support: I’ve had a couple of issues to resolve — including a damaged chain stay — but Ande and the support team were amazing. They made sure I got the parts I needed to get back on the road quickly, and they even made recommendations for non-Freesky parts when I asked. That kind of service really builds confidence in the brand. Overall: This bike delivers on performance, fun, and customer care. Highly recommended!

I was shopping and doing my research mostly on Amazon and Youtube for a good reliable Ebike for transportation to and from work. I chose Freesky from seeing the reviews and ratings and watching Youtube vids. I chose the Alaska M520 for its double battery and look. I love the bike! It's awesome and very fun to ride it's reliable and quality built. It blows it's competitors out of the water for the lower price and it goes 38 mph! If you're looking for a great and fun Ebike this is it!

I purchase a Freesky Rocky, mainly for my short stature. But it turned out to be a amazing bike. The bike is so solid it felt like freedom. I have gone on all kinds of terrain and have done alot of road riding. Customer service was so easy, ready to help you out as quickly as possible so you could get out there riding your Freesky. Freesky is definitely the way to go!

Fantastic company; nothing is too much for them. You won't get better customer support anywhere; that's my experience. I've bought the Freesky warrior pro m530 and the Ranger 540. The bikes are well-built and good quality. They have fantastic range, lots of power where needed, and will tackle all terrain with ease. My wife and I are having so much fun since buying these bikes; it's opened a whole new world for us. Honestly, if you're new to ebikes or old hat, you've got to get yourself one of these. Love them and Freesky; they are awesome.
