Mr. Huffman is the most honest and kind attorney I have ever dealt with (and I have dealt with more than I would care to share). He was always available to answer my questions, and was always patient and caring when we spoke. He made the entire process comfortable for me, which was a big relief. He did everything he said he would do, and never played any games with me throughout the process. Mr. Huffman is a breath of fresh air in the legal profession. If you are looking to clean up your criminal record, just call him, you will not be disappointed!

BEWARE! David Huffman tried to force me to sign an Agreement For Settlement as he so calls it, so that I wouldn’t leave any reviews or tell people the truth about our dealings. He has fabricated many charges against my account and they constant change on a minutes notice. And if I did not follow his orders and left a review I wouldn’t receive a full refund. Money lost for me is worth it so that I can tell the truth about David Huffman. HE OBVIOUSLY DOESN'T WANT THE TRUTH ABOUT HIM TO BE REVEALED! He stated to me it was a general contract they use. So this must occur more times than one if he has this so called Agreement For Settlement readily available. Don’t allow people like this to bully you into taking your hard earned money. I was a client of his and after he rudely insulted me numerous times, attacked my character, insulted my intelligence, and displayed unethical behavior as an attorney of the law, I asked him to cancel his services. I have contacted The California State Bar because of his behavior. And Obviously something is fishy because his license to practice was inactive for many years just after he received it in 2006. I hope that anyone and everyone that David Huffman has cheated or conducted bad business dealings with come forward so that we can stop him from furthering his behavior he has displayed against me and my human rights. I hope you all who read this will take your needs with a Lawyer else where, so that you will not haft to be treated as tho I have been as well as cheated from my money. Wise men learn from their mistakes, but wiser men learn from the mistakes of others.

They did a great job! My case was expunged just under three and a half months from my initial contact with the company (July 2 - Oct 12). Overall, the process was very easy, once I provided them with payment and the necessary information they requested (my personnel statement and court case info), they took it from there and I really didn't have much interaction with them until we got close to the court date. Everything was updated on their website so I could see where we were in the process. Their website was updated with the most current court info about my case, and they were always good to get back to me quickly via email if I had any questions. I just got the final court document from David a couple days ago, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did exactly what they said they would do... Very happy with their service!
