Forcing a review is pretty lame

So far it seems to be what I need to rebuild by customer database, after Quickbooks made me go to their online program and lost all my notes I had except for one. With this program, it looks like I can put all the notes associated with the customer back.

Used it for two days and it seems great so far.

the ease of the software is excelent

We are a water purification start-up looking for a CRM solution. Functionality is very important to us and we are finding that Friday is easy to use and performs well as a CRM. We are satisfied and the best part is that it costs us nothing to use.
