Don't waste your time with these people... their ads and commercials claim a 3-day shipping time... it's been two weeks and I still haven't received anything. Customer service just blames USPS and does nothing to resolve the issue. It is truly frustrating having to deal with people like this.

Hi there, I apologize for this frustrating experience, and thank you for providing additional information on your order. I see that your shipment has been delivered but was delayed in transit with USPS, which is outside the window you should have been waiting and outside of what we can control once a package is with the carrier. I have added a courtesy credit to your account that will be applied to a future order should you decide to stick with us. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way about your recent experience, Shane. Our products are FDA-approved generics and shipped by a licensed US pharmacy. Understandably, individual reactions may differ when it comes to medications like Sildenafil. Responding to Trustpilot's request for more information would allow us to look further into your specific situation and assist you more effectively.

Their very helpful when you need to fix or change anything . I first had generic viagra then I wanted to switch to generic cialas not a problem it was quick and private, then I wanted to go back to the generic viagra because the cialis was getting stock piled basically so they helped me again quickly and private I would recommend to anyone.

Put my plan on hold for a while. A week later they shipped anyway. This is the third time this has happened. Contacted customer service, and they said I had put it on hold too late. Nope. I did so a week before processing. They just repeated their records error. Told them I would cancel my account, and the response was, "That's easy. You can cancel online". That's the kind of customer service you can expect from this company, and it wasn't easy. They don't care that they screwed up, and they don't care about losing customers. Update: They asked me to edit my review but didn't say what or why, so here goes... They charged me and shipped something I didn't want. When questioned, I was told I was wrong. Next shipment is on my calendar with a week's advance warning, because this business doesn't tell you when they are about to ship. I paused it well ahead of time, but they didn't want to hear it. Clearly this company's customer service motto is "The customer is always wrong".

Hi there, I apologize for your experience here. I see that your most recent order was processed on 7/4 and that your account was paused on 7/7, which paused future shipments but could not stop the order that had already been processed. I can confirm that your account was successfully cancelled on 7/10 and will not change unless you log in and request more shipments. I have also refunded your most recent order in full, and I apologize that your earlier contact with our service team fell short of what you should expect from us. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
