They won't tell you what strength medication you will get until after you pay. And dose they have prescribed is 1/4 the dose I am currently taking with another provider. And there is no way to speak with anyone. I have tried calling, but it rings 10 or so times and disconnects. I have tried their messaging system, and it times out and never returns. And I am unable to set up a consultation because my "request is in progress" whatever that means. Beginning to think this is a scam site after all.

I apologize for the frustrating experience you've had, and I assure you that we're committed to resolving this for you. Medications from our service are prescribed based on your health profile and we adhere to proper dosage guidelines, which can vary. I highly encourage reaching out to one of our licensed health providers for clarification, as they might recommend adjustments. Furthermore, we're addressing the communication issues you experienced to prevent them from reoccurring. Please respond to Trustpilot's request for further information so we can thoroughly investigate your account and work towards a resolution.

Is a subscription. A nightmare Subscription. Low quality pills. They charge you more that way they advertise. The will text you even when you ask them no too.

We're truly sorry for your experience, Jose. It seems we may not have met our standards, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the communications and billing issues. If there's a mix-up with these details, we'll ascertain what has gone wrong. Could you please provide us with more details by responding to Trustpilot's information request? We'll put effort to help you as promptly as possible. Regarding medication effectiveness, our products are FDA-approved generics. Each individual could respond differently, but we do offer a range of dosages and active ingredients, which might increase the that possibility one will work more suitable for you We're here to help and will strive to improve your experience once we've been able to fully investigate your concerns.
