So far the refrigerator is working fine. However, I was very disappointed that a full user's brochure was not provided. To spend $2,300 for a Frigidaire Gallery 4 door and to just get the startup miniature brochure was lacking in what should be standard. However, the customer service rep link to the 44 page PDF.

Fridge failed after 7 months. Also, the casters damaged my floor even though the old fridge (different brand) never damaged my floor. Do not buy this brand unless there is literally nothing else available to purchase. Customer service required bulldozing through chatbots and refusing to click bubbles until I could talk to a person. Then I got disconnected and had to repeat every single thing to a new customer service rep. They scheduled a service call without asking my availability, without verifying I was even available that day or time, and with an unreasonably broad time window the tech might show up in. Update: I felt like I need to edit this. I don't think Frigidaire deserves the extra 2 stars. But the repair guy that Electrolux sent deserves 10 out of 5 stars. He drove probably an extra hour and a half to come fix my fridge and he had it fixed fast, he was super nice, and my fridge works now. But I attribute the customer service 100% to HIM, not necessarily to Frigidaire. However, I did not want a bad review to get blamed on him somehow even though I left it before the repair appointment even happened, so I am updating my review to 3/5 stars. My fridge failed -- but it was fixed the next day thanks to the repairman, who could have easily rescheduled but went out of his way to come fix it anyway. And my food did not go bad. All the same, Frigidaire needs to get their act together and stop creating situations where a brand new fridge needs to be repaired after 7 months in the first place.

Well, on 7/19/2025 my refrigerator stopped working. I purchased the refrigerator on 8/19/2024. So, literally, it could not go one full year without a malfunction so serious that I lost my food in the unit. Now the good part is that I bought it from a small appliance place local to where I live. They came out today, 7/21/2025 and were able to fix it in about five minutes. The problem was that the unit would get stuck in defrost mode. This was a common problem for the model of Frigidaire refrigerator I bought and a few other similar models. My overall feelings are that it is good that I bought it from a local appliance store that was able to handle the warranty claim with no fuss. The bad is that the products made are so bad that they can't even last 1 year without a major malfunction. I can remember when this would be seen as an embarrassment for an appliance manufacturer. How bad is this stuff anymore. 5 year life expectancy for an appliance? Some of these costing over $2000.00? Well, I guess it goes to prove that they are just building junk and don't care anymore. In conclusion, I am happy the local retailer took care of the problem with no fuss and quickly. I am also left with over $100.00 of wasted food and a very bad impression of Frigidaire and will be avoiding the brand as much as possible.

Live Frigidaire. Just bought a new refrigerator. I this is small , but I'm not happy is I bought a black refrigerator, and it's gray seals instead of black. Looks terrible. For what I paid for it, they shoulda got it right

NEVER BUY FRIGIDAIRE! Purchased Electrolux/Figidaire OTC microwave/airfry/convection unit 12/23 through Lowes, installed March 24, electrical wiring to finish 1st. Units shelf bracket melted during convection by April 1st. After 5 calls saying would ship part they hired repairman to replace parts. He gave up on attempting repair after constantly being told parts were coming but never arrived; his 5th attempt with Frigidaire technician yielded admission that part in question is never manufactured for repair, thus unit can never be repaired! Tried calling Frigidaire again, 4 times, to resolve issue just to always be told item is on backorder. Didn't get any better answer, or help for that matter going through SC BBB; soon as company said item was on backorder they ended dispute as resolved. Don't know if complainrs running through FTC & SC Attorney General will yeild results, big doubts as seems word of this ROTTEN company are getting around & no one wants to hold them accountable for failure to upjold their warranties. ANY CLASS ACTION LAWYERS READING? Oh f.ng great!, so much for warranty, not worth the paper it's printed on.

I have a model LFHG2251TF6 Frigidaire refrigerator. It's actually ok other than the ice cube maker design. In summary, every single time I open the ice cube tray to retrieve ice, the arm that shuts off the ice production knocks ice cubes to the floor. I've tried everything to correct it. It's terrible to get annoyed each time you want to make a drink. By the way, I tried to write a review on the Frigidaire website and they would never allow it even though I was polite and honest.

We purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in 2 yrs ago from a local dealer. Frigidaire wants you to use their water filters for their refrigerators. I did purchase 3 of their filters in the first year. However they all leaked. So I bought some other brand and these do not leak. The company will not replace the Frigidaire ones that leak. Customer service will not do anything. So. Buyer beware. This is a poorly managed company. Their policy says they won’t replace a filter that is older than 2 months. So since they have to be replaced every 6 months. You are up a creek because your filters will be older than that. Another American company selling poorly designed items on American people who don’t know.
