Excellent for interoffice communication and teamwork. I think any business where you are working with more than one person on your team or group this is an extremely useful email platform. The ability to talk about a conversation via an IM format within the conversation is very beneficial for training and advising.

I will give you five stars in one condition. Make that notification lighting bolt BIGGER or GLOWING when I receive new notification. It is small and the number is even smaller. I need a color or blinking icon. That would be great.
