Awful experience, misleading delivery times and too many emails from a person pretending to be helpful when they can’t do anything. Avoid unless you like looooong delivery times

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration with the delivery taking longer than expected. The delivery estimate provided at the time of purchase was based on the expected transit time, but we appreciate that the actual delivery experience did not meet expectations. We’ll review how we communicate international transit times to make this clearer. We also understand your comments about the number of follow-up emails. Our intention was to keep you updated and help move the order forward, and we appreciate your feedback on this.

Dramatisch!!!!!! 1e zakelijke bestelling gedaan.

Well we have several companies and all of them used fs.com hardware. When we started changing from Nokia and fs devices to Juniper, we ordered firmware coders from fs.com to change the firmware on the fs.com fsp's we were using. However, if you put firmware on a device from fs that was not ordered with the same account, the device allowed it and then bricks. So if we wanted to use these we needed to figure out which company ordered the fsp's form fs buy a programmer under that account and hope you don't use the wrong one. Long story sort, we have 6 firmware devices from fs that are bricked. 40 100Gib switches we crapped along with 4000 fsp's. O and did I mention that there are a number of faults in their switches making them stall, and need a reboot.

Just another offshore company that steals your personal info, sells junk and is a fake store front. Don't fall for it. Horrible organization on every level.

I ordered close to £100 of equipment. Paid extra for next day delivery. Next day came, nothing. It said it would arrive by next day when ordering. Now not responding to emails. Raising a charge back with my bank
