I am a frequent Online Shopper and I found this site to be very user friendly. Navigating the site was easy, and performing a search was very simplistic. And the secured payment options are always reassuring which made my purchase process flawless.

Placed an order and it’s yet to be shipped that was over three weeks ago. Attempted to reach out via customer service and got ghosted. Beware it’s a scam.

This is my reply to FSJ from my review on 3/26/2024, I’ve checked my spam several times and you did not respond nor have you refunded my $30 for expedited shipping! I ordered the shoes 3/14 and they arrived on 4/2. Your company should be ashamed for the products they produce, the shoes are pretty much plastic shoes. I paid $110 for plastic shoes which I ordered for a special occasion that took place on 3/29. The quality of shoes is poor! If you are reading this review, please do not purchase shoes from this company, you will be disappointed. All they do is take your money!!!

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment caused. A full refund of $110 was processed on April 26, 2024. We appreciate your feedback and will work to improve our service and product quality.

I ordered a pair of shoes and I got an email that my order was confirmed. Less than 24hrs later,I'm getting an email that my order was canceled without giving me any reason and my money not refunded yet, talking about they'll let me know when my money will be refunded. If you're canceling an order, shouldn't my refund be immediate??? I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion caused by the cancellation of your order. After investigating, we found that the order you successfully paid for was FSJ00017000, and we are glad to hear that you have already received the shoes for this order. The order you mentioned, FSJ00016802, was automatically canceled by our system because it had not been paid within 48 hours, as per our policy. However, no payment was processed for this order, so no refund was necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and have since corrected the system to prevent such issues in the future. We value your feedback and appreciate your understanding. Should you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to us.
