I had great customer service with Fuel Moto, as I had previously. Not enough businesses back up their operations with excellent information and after sales help, but my experiences have been very positive and I am grateful. I have found their prices to be competitive and they have a range of quality products and services for sale. The packing and shipping was completed in a matter of hours and my package arrived in pristine condition with the contents well packaged and protected, without boxes within boxes and packing plastic and polystyrene, as with some businesses. Well thought out and responsibly packaged.

Being from the rotary dial phone era, I'm not too computer savvy. Was very nervous about "flashing" my baby. Had a few likely self inflicted issues and Lucas at Fuel Moto walked me through. Quick response to questions and the corrective actions that were spot on. The beast was awakened and I'm very happy with my PV4.

They canceled my rush order twice because their fraud department flagged it as suspicious. They did not call for any verification and told me to use PayPal next time. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are other suppliers, use them.

Terrible customer service!

Purchased head pipes, slip-ons, air cleaner, power vision 4. They guided me through the purchase and fielded multiple questions as I was installing. Don't even recognize the bike with all the modifications. Awesome experience.
