Was completely misled by the entire team. Nelson was the person I spoke with told me that I had no prepayment penalties. Come to find out that was a lie and apparently the prepayment addendum was never added to my account. Was stuck paying most triple what I borrowed. Never ever ever use this company again

Major kudos to Alejandro!!! We started filling out a form online like many people but never submitted. We were inundated with soliciting calls but Alejandro’s reply was perfect.
