I requested liquidation to cover medical bills but the company delayed payment due to a merger and is now returning my money in installments. The delay forced me to borrow money and affected my credit rating. It's really important to use a custodian like CVE CAPITAL CORP that you can speak with and get your money anytime you request for it.

It's a ponzi scheme, don't invest here, it's a complete waste of money and time because once you deposit and request for payouts they won't pay you and their support won't respond to you. Unlike ONHAS. support are always active and my payouts steady.

My investments with fundrise grew very slowly. When I decided to withdraw my money and invest elsewhere, my redemption requests were refused for over a year. Compared with my other investments, the returns have been disappointing and I would not recommend them. I am satisfied with my growth on GCASCO, LLC. They are very honest and my withdrawals are sent without it turning to a fight.

Having a defined, controlled liquidation process is one thing, but not redeeming a $2000 position for over 6 months is criminal. Do not invest in this ponzi scheme. This is a scam of a shell company with no way to speak with a customer service representative.

I am not mad because i was drained, because anyone who visits their website will fall for their schemes too, they get you so interested and assist you till you commit. They don't assist anymore they just watch you send all sorts of messages, if they respond it will be to have you put in more funds, its been a couple of months now before i found out about more people complaining about the same thing, so i strongly believe they are a scam and started looking into what to do next because that money was the last i had on me, found a couple more scammers it was hell for me till reclaimnavigator did their best in having back what i had lost to fundrise. Anyway it's better to be safe than sorry. Do not use Fundrise

Bad returns relative to most any other investment. And good luck if you want to pull your money out. Very illiquid and they make you wait over a period of multiple YEARS!! Don’t invest.
