Did I fall for a scam?
Update 2: Refund received. Update 1 since the AI customer service reply on Trust Pilot: I emailed my details to support @funnyfuzzy.com the same day I posted the original review and received no communication via email. In an attempt to get the refund processed, my order number (#FF736750S) needs to be in the review, it seems. My original review remains, 1 star. Original review: Order placed 28 April, received confirmation number. No shipping information as of 15 May. Google Maps Street View of the US address (522 W RIVERSIDE AVE STE N, SPOKANE, WA, 99201-0580) looks like a building that nobody works in. Probably a shell address like those in Delaware. Website looks professional but the experience so far is underwhelming.

I would give no stars if I could
I would give no stars if I could. I ordered from this company on the 16th April and I am writing this review on the 15th May and I still haven’t received my order. Communication is non existent really. I’d stay away from this company and really don’t bother ordering from them.

Order paid one month ago, no delivery, no tracking, and support email is bouncing
I placed order #FF3230EU with FunnyFuzzyEU on 17 April 2026 and paid €159.03. The order included dog beds, a dog rain coat and dog toys. According to the confirmation email, I was supposed to receive a tracking email once the order was on the way. It is now almost one month later and I still have no parcel, no valid tracking information and no clear update about where my order is. On 13 May 2026, I replied directly to the email address provided in the order confirmation: supportateur.funnyfuzzy.com. I asked when my order would arrive, because it had already been a month since payment. The email could not be delivered. Microsoft returned the message with the error: 550 5.4.316 Message expired, connection refused 450 4.4.316 Connection refused Socket error code 10061 This means their e-mail system refused the connection, so I cannot even reach the support address they told me to use. I am very concerned. I paid for the order in good faith, but after a month I have received nothing and the official support contact does not work. I am asking FunnyFuzzy to urgently provide: a valid tracking number, the name of the carrier, a confirmed delivery date, or, if the order has not been shipped, a full refund of €159.03 to my original payment method. At this point, I cannot recommend ordering from FunnyFuzzyEU unless they resolve this quickly and communicate properly with customers.

Terrible and misleading. They are not a UK company
Order Number: FF29313U I would give zero stars so far. The customer service is dreadful and I too wish that I'd checked on here before ordering with them. No sign of my order, can't track it and no response to emails. I can't understand how the company continue to operate given all the negative reviews. They are scammers and trying their luck at taking money and then ghosting people.

I ordered 2 items on 17th April 2026 was informed the deliver was 2 weeks, have not received the items, I have emailed on 4 separate occasions requesting an update on my order but with no response.

All products are wonderful
All products are wonderful. Super pet friendly and excellent quality. We love all items purchased so far. The couch covers are amazing. The secret heart toys are beyond precious. Keep up the good work. I am giving 4 stars because it takes so long to receive orders.
