6 weeks later and still no shipment

Update on 7-24: you lost my order basically? You have no idea what it is or where it's at? Come on guys, this is what we're all talking about here. You don't lose orders for someone who pays good money for your product. Good grief! I had already complained and on 6-25 you emailed me back saying you have no idea when my order will come, you can't locate it, but would give me 10% off if I email you back when I received it. I naively believed you, and a month later after you didn't return my latest email questioning the status of my order, here we are. I want my money back! My order is #FF621792S and I expect a return email today saying you have refunded me my money. This is a sad way to conduct business! I ordered products on 6-14 and today is 7-23 and still have not received it. I would like my $$ refunded immediately. I'm leaving this Review because I emailed you several weeks ago, with no response. Guys, this is incredibly poor service and you ought to be ashamed of the way you do business. I would've also never bought anything from you if I knew it would turn out like this. -Mark Update on 8-6-25: The company won't even email me back, it's been nearly 2 months now and they won't issue me a refund. I finally had to get my credit card company involved, and now they are investigating. To anyone that is thinking of buying a product from Funny Fuzzy, I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for a similar product. Don't put yourself what I have had to go through; this is without a doubt the worst customer service experience of my life. And the fact that they won't even communicate or refund MY MONEY (not yours Funny Fuzzy) because of failures on your end, is completely ridiculous and totally boggles the mind, since we are in 2025 and you'd think a company would have better people, policies & procedures in place. Please folks, STAY FAR AWAY from this company if you value your sanity!!!
