Excellent shopping experience! My item was shipped out quickly and customer service responded fast to my inquiry to ensure a timely delivery. Hello Toy, We checked the tracking number for your order and it was delivered to your address on November 6 2021. Regarding this order you never contacted us, we would have been more than happy to issue you a refund or send you a replacement if the order was lost. In this case USPS shows it was delivered.
