DO NOT buy from these people EVER! They refuse to deliver by the USPS! They refuse to do signature delivery confirmation!!!! Fytoo eyeglasses delivers ONLY through gofo delivery private courier! they will deliver to the side of your building but not at your front door step! fytoo eyeglasses will make every effort to make the tracking number process so confusing. when you try to enter your tracking number into the website it will save, item does not exist! terrible unprofessional people! will never buy from these idiots EVER again!!!! the eyeglasses are beautiful. u will NOT be able to read small letters, numbers, words but u can see far and away! asking for my money back is more trouble than it is worth. go to another eyewear website!!!

Order glasses on June 18 2026 and was charged same day the glasses were shipped and are on hold at the Dallas TX post office since June 26, 2026, because the package has counterfeit postage, send ane mail to their support address,asking for explanation and no response, also called their phone number and nobody to answer, left name email and my phone number and nothing. This company is a scam, do not buy anything from them. UDATED WITH Order number 260617189212614384 Tracking Number 9302099148216637515515 Second update After 1 month and 7 days I received a replacement pair of glasses. Still I won't order anything anymore from this Company. Their customer service is marginal, if you try calling the phone numbers on their website nobody is available at any time of day or night you call, if you send and email never gets answered the only way I got and answer was when I get them a 1 star rating, for their service (lack of service). Then they indicated that they would reorder my glasses and that please changed my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating, on my book a 5 star rating is for companies that deliver on time, correct and efficient without the customer having to contact them. So as far as the glasses, they are what I order, so happy with that, but for the rest of the experience is a no go for me. Not a 5 star experience, went to 2 stars from 1 star because I got the glasses I order.

Ordered two pairs of progressives on May 2nd. Tracking showed them sitting in one spot for over a week, and when I finally reached out, they said they'd reissue with faster shipping. Then got an email warning production might take 10+ days. I really like the styles, but the shipping headaches seem pretty common. Not sure I'll roll the dice again.

Another glasses place whose website kept me from browsing and purchasing. I am actively looking for sunglasses and a regular single vision pair. If your website doesn't work, what make you think your potential customers are going to order?

Im not 100% satisfied with m'y purchase. I sent a request via the web site regarding the process of refund but never received a response. Is not 100% clear on how to request a refund. I'm still wanting and hoping i will received the help i need.
